I am a Senior Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and a Psychologist, practising in London and online since 2010. Over the years, I have worked with clients dealing with a wide variety of issues, ranging from loss and bereavement to life transitions, chronic illness, and difficulties in relationships and workplaces.
I have worked privately and in services with adults, and specialise in working with individuals affected by abuse, domestic violence, and trauma, and with our LGBTQI+ and neurodiverse communities.
My way of working is always trauma & dissociation-informed, as well as queer-affirmative and trans-affirmative.
In addition to individual therapy, I offer relationship therapy to queer/LGBTQ+ couples and people in ENM/poly/various relationship configurations.
My qualifications include:
- Postgraduate Clinical Diploma in Person-Centred Psychotherapy – Metanoia Institute, London, UK.
- Postgraduate Diploma in Contemporary Person-Centred Studies – Middlesex University, UK.
- Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling – Metanoia Institute, London, UK.
- MSc in Health Psychology (Behavioural Medicine) – University of Southampton, UK.
- Psychology degree (BSc), First-Class Honours – Aristotle University of Thessaloniki, Greece.
I frequently attend conferences and trainings on trauma, relationships, gender and sexual diversity, and a variety of other topics for my Continuous Professional Development. I have translated papers for Pink Therapy’s knowledge base on Gender, Sexuality, and Relationship Diversities.
