Relationship Therapy

Relationship therapy with a trained professional can give you a safe space to gain clarity on what the issues between you and your partner(s) are and how you have reached this point. It is not my role to take sides, but rather to listen and facilitate you to understand better what it is that you want out of your relationship(s), what feels right for you, and what you believe is congruent with your values. All decisions will be yours to make when you feel ready. I can provide you with resources and tools that can help you along the way.

You will be supported to reflect on and understand better your boundaries, your rights, and your responsibilities within the context of your relationship; to improve your communication; and to decide what changes you might need to make, and how to go about making them.

After an initial 90-minute session together, each partner will be offered an individual 50-minute therapy session to discuss anything they would be more comfortable talking about on their own; we can then continue with joint sessions. You are free to decline the individual session if you wish.

Sessions usually last 90 minutes, but the session length and fee can be adjusted accordingly at any point, if more or less time is needed.
